Undergraduate programs

Undergraduate study is a form of higher education that offers many personal, academic and professional opportunities. Understanding the undergraduate degree process and structure can help you make an informed decision about the best option to help you achieve your professional goals.

An undergraduate program is a four or five year program that individuals study at a our college after successful completion of high school, after completion of TVET/Diploma programs or the equivalent. These programs build knowledge and prepare individuals for employment in a range of fields. When enrolled full-time, undergraduate programs culminate in a bachelor’s degree. Part-time study is available and it takes five years.

Within undergraduate programs, there are three primary types of bachelor degrees: a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.), a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) and a Bachelor of Fine Arts (B.F.A.). The difference between these degrees is related to the courses required and the intended use after graduation.
